About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage agency relationships across the market.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned market as well as competitor knowledge that can be turned to your client's advantage
3. Work towards meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
4. Drive customer engagements with proactive content, and campaign-led conversations
5. Evaluate account performance, identify opportunities and follow up/through on requests
6. Ensure the account team is continually putting the customer first and providing world-class service
7. Close volume deals with agencies and make sure that the monthly business is done to achieve closure of volume business locked with the agency
8. Work on revenue generation, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction
9. Reach and exceed personal sales goals and yield targets

Skills & Requirements:

1. 0-4 years' carrying sales experience
2. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
3. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Experience in working closely with agencies like GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, Interactive Avenues, and Publicis preferred

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 22,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 60%

2. Variable component: 40%
