About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through research, networking, and cold-calling
2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to understand their business needs and requirements
3. Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals that effectively demonstrate the value of the organization's products or services to potential clients
4. Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable to the organization
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that the organization's offerings are aligned with market demand
6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
