Job description: Muthoot Finance Limited, the flagship company of The Muthoot Group, has 18 business divisions and a network of over 4800+ branches spread across the country and is recruiting the following personnel for the Kakinada region.
Key responsibilities:
1. Canvas and source new customers to increase gold loan business
2. Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
3. Maintain customer relationships and follow-up
4. Work on the maintenance of important registers and daily reports
Required qualification:
1. Fresher who are completed graduation in any UG course, or discipline, and with an inclination towards sales and marketing to develop their career in the financial industry
2. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills and fair knowledge of computers
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,80,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
