About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Participate in 50-60 lead calls per day to effectively understand client needs, present agency services, and convert potential leads into paying clients
2. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients by maintaining regular communication, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation, including identifying target demographics, refining pitch materials, and tailoring presentations to meet specific client requirements
4. Assist in the creation of compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the agency's strengths and capabilities to potential clients
5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that could enhance the agency's offerings and competitive positioning
7. Enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments to effectively address client queries and concerns
8. Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients
9. Collaborate with the client servicing team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to active client, facilitating clear communication and expectations
10. Provide input on improving internal processes and strategies based on client feedback and market observations
