About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Execute professional sales calls via telephone to increase profitable sales targets for reference materials and equipment
2. Collaborate and participate in field marketing activities to help generate leads
3. Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
4. Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
5. Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as needed
6. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
