3. Work on suggestive selling on packages and combo offers for higher spend per head
4. Ensue that up selling is done at all times at the cash counter and other areas
5. Display a friendly, helpful, and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests to support the company vision, core values, and brand promise
6. Listen actively to our guest's feedback, requests, and concerns to take action in an ethical, effective, and timely manner to exceed their expectations
7. Assist guests with game operating instructions so the guest experience is maximized
8. Assist guests in handling downtime issues to minimize guest complaints
9. Keep track of all the current development and new development at the center so that you can answer guests' queries or give valuable suggestions proactively
