The candidate will get all digital marketing products training but using their own skills for selling services would be the main quality in the candidate. For freshers, there would be 6 months internship with a stipend and incentive and after completing the internship and achieving targets, candidates will get an opportunity to work for the company as permanent employees. For experienced candidates (minimum 1 year) 3 months would be a probation period and after completing 3 months with successfully achieving targets, the employee will get a permanent job in the company.
