About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Employ lead generation skills to achieve targeted revenues, generate leads & Converting leads into sales.
3. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs & Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc, and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
8. Work on prospecting new clients, including Follow-up and managing direct sales for software solutions.
9. Sell IT solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
10. Prepare and present the company's products and services to prospects and clients/customers and handle all sales correspondence.

Qualifications and skills:

1. Good communication & negotiation skills
2. Knows how to increase the level of leads and business mix from individual clients
3. Knows how to maintain regular contact with key clients
4. Knows how to effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face, and written communication
5. Proven sales track record
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
7. Proficiency in English
8. Market knowledge
9. Communication and negotiation skills
10. Ability to build rapport
11. Time management and planning skills
12. BSc-IT/BE/BMS/Bachelor's in business administration, sales, or relevant field.

Salary during probation: 18,000 - 20,000 /month
