About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Researching marketing strategies, increasing customer base, and keeping prospective client database updated
2. Working on building the sales funnel, generating leads via cold emailing and calling, and other lead generation activities
3. Managing phone calls & arranging zoom meetings
4. Pitching solutions and services to potential prospects
5. Coordinating pricing and proposals generation
6. Negotiating with prospects & closing sales
7. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

Skill(s) required

Digital Marketing Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
