About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling traveler queries and taking travel requirements
2. Understanding clients' requirements and offering packages accordingly
3. Coordinating with the operations team
4. Handling operations/sales for outbound tour inquiries
5. Creating bookings/reservations for customers, preparing itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking, and customization of international/outbound tour packages
6. Providing excellent customer service experiences; taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution
7. Assisting clients with visa processing, flight ticketing, and pre-trip formalities
8. Working on post-sales file operations, invoicing
9. Achieving the assigned sales targets
10. Generating revenue for the company
11. Ensuring that the tour is operated smoothly

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Travel Itinerary Making
