We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team, specializing in both commercial and residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, with the ability to not only generate leads but also build high-performing sales teams and establish strong sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

1. Build, mentor, and manage a motivated sales team.
2. Foster a positive and high-energy environment that encourages success.
3. Set clear goals and ensure the team remains focused on meeting sales targets.
4. Sales Strategy & Execution:
5. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales for commercial and residential real estate projects.
6. Establish and expand sales channels through partnerships and networking.
7. Meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.

Lead Generation & Relationship Building:

1. Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Performance & Deadline Management:

1. Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that sales targets are met within specified deadlines.
2. Remain focused and motivated, even in high-pressure situations.
3. Be available to work extended hours and weekends to ensure targets are consistently achieved.

Market Research & Reporting:

1. Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry news to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Provide regular reports on sales performance, team progress, and target achievement.

Other requirements

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1/2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong background and impressive track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience in building and managing sales teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work 24/7 when necessary to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving results.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
