About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
3. Promote and sell products/services to existing and potential clients.
4. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
6. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
8. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in healthcare sales or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
