About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify, engage, and acquire new corporate clients for B2B learning solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with L&D heads, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.
3. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations showcasing EduRamp's training solutions.
4. Develop customized proposals and collaborate with internal teams to address client-specific learning needs.
5. Drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and competitor strategies.
7. Travel to different cities for corporate client meetings and business development activities.

Other requirements

1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or IT sales.

Good understanding of enterprise learning needs, including IT, power skills, soft skills, and behavioral training.

Fluent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders professionally.

Ability to articulate and present customized learning solutions effectively.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in achieving business goals.

Willingness to travel for corporate client meetings as required.

Prior experience in selling corporate learning solutions or L&D programs is a plus.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
