About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and identify potential clients
2. Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services
3. Nurture leads and build relationships with clients
4. Schedule meetings for the sales team and follow up on leads
5. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales
6. Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns
7. Maintain a record of all calls made and update the CRM system


1. Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear phone voice
2. Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
4. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and website development
5. Familiarity with CRM software and lead-generation tools
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
7. Must be able to work during US business hours

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 5%
