Corporate Social Responsibility - Coordinator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for developing and implementing the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives
2. Work closely with various stakeholders to identify and address social and environmental issues in the community and develop strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand value
3. Develop and implement foundation strategies and initiatives
4. Work on managing social media announcements or posts on the social media handles of the BVC foundation
5. Identify areas of need in the community and develop grantmaking strategies to address them
6. Build partnerships with community organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders
7. Develop and manage CSR programs and events
8. Developing policies relating to a company s ethical, sustainable, and environmental responsibilities
9. Work on ensuring BVC has a positive impact on local communities and the environment
10. Work on raising public awareness of BVC s social responsibility commitments through marketing
11. Work on creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups
12. Work on encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups
13. Work on measuring and reporting on the impact of CSR initiatives

Required:

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Analytical skills and ability to measure impact and outcomes
5. Ability to manage budgets and resources
6. Passion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability
