Creative Content Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Pitching story ideas, organizing scripts for social media, assisting the anchor in the delivery of the content by suggesting the correct direction for the shoot, and creative ideas, etc in order to make the video look unique
2. Assisting the respective stakeholder in all the stages of video development by suggesting animations, texts, images, and motion graphics to make the video visually appealing
3. Involving in all the 3 stages of video development i.e pre-production, production, and post-production
4. Communicating the requirements for each video component to a cross-functional team, and ensuring final content achieves the approved content plan
5. Extending editing and production support to the team
6. Exhibiting curiosity and learning agility to discover and understand market and customer requirements
7. Performing extensive research for creating financial content and ensuring content compliance of various platforms
8. Developing social media strategies to attract audiences and engage them
9. Staying updated with current trends on social media and its best practices

Skills & Requirements:

1. Experience in social media and content research (1-3 years/freshers can apply too)
2. Bachelor's degree in journalism, finance, marketing, or a related field
3. Decent knowledge of social analytics tools and growth hacking techniques
4. Creative mindset - ability to express ideas creatively and concisely
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
6. Positive and can-do attitude
7. Being tapped into current trends, and the latest communication techniques is a plus
