2. Identify highlights and emotional hooks from long-form content and craft short-form content ideas that are smart, strategic, and relevant.
3. Share creative ideas for motion graphics, animations, and text overlays and manage the end-to-end video production pipeline.
4. Write strong, authentic copy for social posts, reels, YouTube title descriptions, Telegram messages, and Reddit threads.
5. Collaborate with designers by giving ideas for graphics and text layouts for thumbnails that demand attention.
6. Work closely with editors and the marketing team to ensure content is on-brand, on-time, and platform-ready.
7. Maintain content calendars across platforms and keep things consistent, clean, and high-performing.
8. Experiment with trend-driven micro-content, meme-style posts, Reddit threads, and all the formats UPSC aspirants actually enjoy.
