Creative Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high-quality results that have an instant, positive impact on the consumer, promoting products and brands
2. Create a range of compelling designs for use on social media like posts, pages, etc. to increase traffic and brand awareness
3. Design visual imagery for websites and ensure that they are in line with branding for clients
4. Work closely with the marketing & business team to deliver designs that effectively communicate & influence the target audience
5. Brainstorm and ideate on translating raw ideas into high-quality & impactful designs
6. Communicate ideas and designs with team members
7. Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
8. Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

Who can apply:

1. Formal education in design (bachelor/master/diploma) and a strong portfolio that
2. demonstrates your skills in visual communication design
3. Strong understanding of graphic design principles, excellent attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics
4. Ability to create illustrations & re-mix as required
5. Proficient in design tools like Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign & Photoshop; open to learning new tools as required
