CRM executive manages a portfolio of customers within a defined sales geography. The role is accountable for establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on CRM activity by phone and email
2. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
3. Develop world-class partnerships and relationships with large customers
4. Open customer accounts by recording account information
5. Maintain customer records by updating account information
6. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Skills & Requirements:
1. Education can be any graduate, any specialization (English medium)
2. Relevant experience of 1 year is required
3. Total experience of 1-3 years is required
4. Excellent communication skills in English
5. Customer relationship skills
6. Ownership and team spirit
7. A high degree of integrity
8. Problem-solving skills
9. Should own a vehicle
