Key responsibilities:

1. Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer issues
2. Monitor customer satisfaction levels
3. Handle customer complaints and escalate them as necessary
4. Maintain up-to-date customer records
5. Follow up with customers after service is provided
6. Proactively reach out to customers to prevent issues from occurring
7. Train new customer service representatives
8. Stay up-to-date on product changes and updates

Probation:
