About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on conversion optimization, retention strategy, and programs
2. Handle end-to-end process of all customer-facing retention activity
3. Develop and deliver reports, analyses, and insight to management
4. Manage customer segmentation and set KPIs accordingly
5. Identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue from existing customers at key stages of their relationship with us
6. Develop, test, learn and plan for optimizing targeting, creative, and CRM messages
7. Understand how to validate results and act upon findings

Salary

Probation:

3. Other incentives: 5%
