Job summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle both voice (calls) and non-voice (chat/email) support channels. You'll resolve customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and maintain accurate records.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound/outbound calls for customer queries.
2. Respond via chat, email, and tickets.
3. Update CRM/ticketing systems accurately.
4. Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
Requirements:
Min. HSC or Graduate in any stream.
0-1 years of customer support experience.
Strong English communication (verbal & written).
Basic computer & typing skills.
Flexible with shifts and weekends.
Skills:
Customer focus, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and patience.
