Key responsibilities:

1. Assist our client in customer acquisition via calling and support customers in onboarding
2. Work on reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on customer interactions, with feedback on customer journey and experience
3. Enhance service offerings by analyzing other areas in which we can support clients

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

3. Familiarity with stock markets would be a significant advantage

4. Candidate should be able to speak with clarity in the languages asked and be able to assist customers in a timely manner as well
