Customer Acquisition Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs paperwork, certificates of origin) to ensure compliance and accuracy
2. Act as the main point of contact for export clients, providing updates on shipment status, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly
3. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, etc.) and external partners (shipping lines, customs agents) to ensure timely processing of export shipments
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments, including delays, documentation errors, and customs clearance challenges
5. Monitor shipment progress and proactively inform customers of any changes or delays
6. Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring timely and efficient handling of all export-related activities, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention
