2. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
3. Having 2 years of working experience in customer care
4. Ability to concentrate follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution
5. Good composition skills and ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
6. Work successfully in a team environment
7. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
