Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting with performing outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding accounts receivables
2. Working on ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
3. Working on responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims
