Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the callers diligently and providing the required information promptly over the phone
2. Listening to the callers concerns, issues, and queries (if any) and responding to and directing them appropriately
3. Referring escalations and questions to the respective team, if required for prompt closure
4. Maintaining a positive attitude and calmly responding to the callers
5. Understanding the process, executing, and maintaining SLA in certain metrics
