Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the products and services provided by the company
2. Support the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls
3. Resolve customer complaints and queries
4. Provide detailed information to customers
5. Assist the HR department with hiring new employees
6. Take feedback from the customers
6. Negotiate the terms and conditions with the customer
7. Contribute the work to the company s knowledge base
8. Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients
9. Adhere to the company s rules and regulations

Salary

Probation:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
