About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on Xbox, PlayStation, and software accounts delivery
2. Add the membership to the accounts
3. Solve clients' issues
4. Help them with the installation using text and call support

Required:

1. Fluency in the English language is a must
2. English typing should be grammatically correct
3. Preferably residing locally in Tricity (Mohali, Chandigarh, and Panchkula)
4. Looking for freshers or experienced candidates who should be ready to work in day/rotational shifts

Salary

Probation:

2. Variable component: 10%
