We are looking for a customer delight associate who can develop and maintain long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison.
As a customer delight associate, you will help craft the company's customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

6. Conduct customer outreach campaigns

9. Maintain current functional knowledge of the PLUS products, subscriptions, and terms and conditions
Requirements:
1. Exceptional communication skills
2. Knowledge of the jewellery industry ( preferred)
Past work or internship experience in customer support or business development roles
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
