Customer Engagement & Event Management Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct events virtually for our segments (these events or activities can cut across any category like music, literature, cooking, wellness, health, etc.)
2. Prepare yourself independently with content for hosting these events (your performance will be judged based on how engaged your events are and what kind of feedback you get from customers)
3. Ensure that no two events are the same or alike (you will have to be innovative and use unique content every time)
4. Work on in-depth research before making a presentation, research the topic to make sure you are well informed, learn about your audience in order to present the content in a personalized way, and decide what to say and how to present content in an engaging manner
5. Talk to small groups of 10 or large groups of 100 (some presentations have a training and development component while others are more entertaining)
6. Interact with audience members after their speeches (through these conversations, they gain speech feedback, which they incorporate into future presentations) and answer individual questions from audience members

Required:

1. Should be a great orator
2. Fluent in English & Hindi
3. Knowledge of any other language will be a plus
4. Good body language great hosts use vocal tone, facial expression, body language, and timing to communicate their points
5. Teaching skills Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Google slides
6. Photoshop skills will be an advantage
7. Must have a good sense of humor
8. Extremely confident
9. Can control large groups of participants
10. Must have one of these skills - great singer, dancer, orator, or any other hobbies
11. Knowledge of Bollywood or the film industry will be a plus
