About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handling calls from customers
2. Resolving customer queries
3. Providing customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
2. Good customer service skills
3. Ready to work in rotational shifts
4. Ready to work on rotational week offs (Saturday and Sunday working)
5. Available to work 6 days in 9 hours shift

Note: This is a contract-based position for 6 months.
