Key responsibilities:

1. Handling voice calls from customers
2. Resolving customer queries over the call/ chat process
3. Providing customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English
2. Good customer service skills
3. Ready to work in rotational shifts
4. Ready to work on rotational week offs (Saturday and Sunday working)
5. Available to work 6 days in 9 hours shift
6. Experience in voice or chat process
