Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer inquiries via calls and emails ensuring prompt and professional responses.
2. Provide service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
3. Handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
5. Assist in customer onboarding, guiding them through product usage and company policies.
6. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
7. Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing insights for service improvements.
8. Monitor and ensure compliance with customer service quality standards.
9. Develop and update FAQs and support documentation for customer self-help.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant support.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi.
2. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
3. Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions across multiple platforms
4. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
5. Good listening skills and empathy to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
6. Quick learner with automation, AI, and marketing tools to enhance customer engagement.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
8. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
