A. Who will you work with:
1. You'll work with our team of customer happiness officers under the counsel of the team leader (you’ll be involved in a lot of customer interactions over calls, emails, and walk-ins providing them with the best after-sale experience)
2. You'll report to and be mentored by our co-founder & COO of Headphone Zone
B. What you'll learn:
1. Customer interactions and deep knowledge of CRM
2. Everything you need to know about high-end personal audio - headphones, earphones, amps, DACs, DAPs (this is key to your performance as a customer happiness officer)
3. You will be working with the biggest team at our company across 4 sub-groups so you will learn a lot about team dynamics and how teamwork makes the dream work
4. Tickets (email conversations with customers), calls, and internal communication within the team will be the bulk of your everyday life at Headphone Zone
5. We function as a startup with a linear hierarchy, so you get exposure to other teams' work & will be involved in day-to-day business meetings
