About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met
2. Assisting with ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service
3. Working on always asking them for true feedback
4. Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment
5. Helping with resolving the queries and questions of all the clients
6. Working to give or support the participants/clients about company products or services
7. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern
8. Helping to understand client queries and solve them in any manner
