About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers/clients
2. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently via calls/WhatApp/emails
3. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
4. Interacting and meeting (if necessary) with B2B clients to plan strategically
5. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them
6. Maintaining cordial relationships with customers
7. Resolving problems associated with transportation, customer problems and logistics systems
8. Responding to inquiries and handling complaints from clients efficiently
Skill(s) required
English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel
Who can apply

1. A degree in marketing, finance, communication, or a similar discipline

2. Good verbal and written communication

3. Ability to forge profound working relationships

4. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

5. Good knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics

6. Good understanding of e-commerce and logistics software

Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 12,500 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
