About the job

BankIT, on behalf of SBI, engages with potential customers for SBI prepaid products and helps them to onboard, order, and use prepaid cards. Prepaid cards can be customised to a great extent on the SBI platform powered by BankIT. BankIT is engaged with SBI to provide sales and technology support for SBI prepaid cards.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Educate potential customers:
1. Deliver comprehensive product education to potential customers.
2. Explain product benefits, features, and usage effectively to ensure a clear understanding.

B. Customer and cardholder onboarding:
1. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new customers and their cardholders.
2. Provide thorough education on how to use the customer portal and the cardholder app.

C. Interdepartmental coordination:
1. Liaise with various bank departments to facilitate card orders and the branch for customer KYC processes.
2. Ensure smooth operational flow by coordinating with respective departments.

D. Customer support:
1. Assist customers in using the portal and guide cardholders on card and app functionalities.
2. Address and resolve usage-related issues by coordinating with the operations team.

E. Feedback management:
1. Collect continuous feedback from customers regarding their experiences and any issues faced.
2. Work proactively with operations to resolve feedback and improve service quality.

F. Relationship management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and support.

G. Business development:
1. Achieve business targets.
2. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
3. Work towards achieving business growth and meeting sales targets.

B. Eligibility Criteria:

1. Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

2. Skills:
a. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
b. Proficient in relationship management and customer service.
c. Ability to understand and explain product features and benefits.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,20,000 /year
