About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer-centric approaches
2. Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
3. Analyze customer data to derive insights, identify patterns, and generate reports on customer behavior, preferences, and engagement levels
4. Segment the customer base based on various criteria (demographics, behavior, etc.) to tailor marketing and communication strategies
5. Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, etc.) to nurture customer relationships and drive conversions
6. Map and optimize the customer journey to identify touchpoints for engagement and develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty
7. Collaborate with customer service teams to improve processes, streamline customer support, and enhance overall customer experience
8. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the CRM initiative's effectiveness and provide regular performance reports
9. Conduct training sessions for employees on CRM tools, processes, and best practices
10. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and maintain customer data privacy and security

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Kolkata

2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (a relevant master's degree may be preferred)

3. Prior experience in CRM, customer analytics, or a related field is preferred

4. Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is beneficial

5. Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and customer segmentation strategies

6. Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools to extract insights from customer data and drive data-informed decision-making

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex CRM concepts to different stakeholders and teams

8. Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to achieve common CRM goals

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions for optimizing CRM strategies

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies

11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and managing CRM systems

12. Possession of relevant CRM certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator) may be advantageous

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
