1. Act as a relationship manager for the paid customers of NoBroker
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
3. Identify and assess customers needs
4. Serve customers in finding the right tenant/house as per the requirement of the customer
5. Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customers and leads
6. Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to the customer
7. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers
8. Keep the customer up-to-date on the progress of his account
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
10. Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service
Skills & Requirements:
1. Any undergraduate (B. Tech, BBA, BCom, etc.) with 0-1 year of experience
2. Excellent verbal and written communication
3. Good interpersonal skills, and numerical and analytical ability
4. Decision-making skills
5. English & Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
6. Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu proficiency is optional
7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
8. Should be flexible for the day shift (9 hours of login between 8 am - 10 pm)
9. Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays
