Key responsibilities:
1. Generate footfalls, online meetings, applicants, and enrolment through telemarketing/participating in events/visiting schools and colleges in the region
2. Interact and advise potential candidates about international study opportunities, the application process, and work opportunities
3. Ensure a high rate of conversion from lead generation into the applicant and/or enrolments
4. Ensure that student records are maintained in an effective manner and necessary follow-ups are undertaken to ensure that the student receives their offers on time
5. Undertake outstation and campus visits to promote the services of the company
6. Ensure that all required reports are submitted on time and accurately
7. Use the internal software
8. Prepare accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions
9. Recommend and implement improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
