About the job

Key responsibilities:

1.Upload and manage inventory and products on both Amazon and Shopify platforms
2.Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date
3. Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
4.Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth return/exchange processes.
5.Process refunds and communicate with customers about their return/exchange status.
6.Manage customer queries received via chat, social media, and emails.
7.Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer queries effectively.

Earn certifications in these skills
