About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3. Communicating with customers through various channels
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
5. Gaining knowledge of our products thoroughly so as to answer all the questions
6. Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
7. Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Skill(s) required
Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)
Who can apply

1. Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills

2. A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent with 0-1 year of relevant experience

3. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset


Annual CTC: 2.4 - 2.8 LPA (All fixed)
