Key responsibilities:
1. Comprehending and solving end customers' queries
2. Providing support to end customers through emails and real-time chats by handling customer requests and queries
3. Understanding the international environment in the context of customer support and providing solutions to end customers acceptable against universally recognized standards
4. Sustaining and building a professional rapport with the clients
5. Working with internal departments to meet customers' needs
6. Providing accurate and quick answers to end customers' queries about products, pricing, and availability
Requirements:
1. Ability to read and comprehend customer queries
2. Strong English writing skills are a must
