Customer Service Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries/concerns and support customers in answering their product & services-related questions
2. Maintain customer records by updating query/concern-related information in the CRM tool
3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints
4. Determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem
5. Work on expediting the correction or adjustment, and follow up to ensure the resolution
6. Coordinate with different brands and corporations to conduct events

Requirements:

1. Strong command over language (must)
2. Candidates with 6 months - 1.5 years of working experience (must)
