Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements
2. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients & counsel a parent for the child's future
3. Collect customer feedback and work on market research
4. Maintain effective relationships with the customers and also help close the deal
5. Generate referrals and renewals by existing customers
6. Look after enrolled students' quizzes, assignments, etc. submissions, and evaluation
7. Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
8. Research competitors & prices, products, and services with marketing initiatives
