We are seeking a highly motivated customer service executive to join our team. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
2. Work on demonstrating the platform to the customer online and offline for pre and post sales
3. Work towards the onboarding process of the customer, ensuring that the walkway is a smooth process for the client
4. Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts
5. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
