Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and humble attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding clearly to customer inquiries, and getting feedback
3. Communicating with customers through various social media and communication
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints quickly
5. Knowing our products and inventory thoroughly so that you can handle queries appropriately
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
8. Communicating and coordinating with team members of other departments as necessary
9. Taking feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
11. Working on additional duties as requested

Requested:

1. Excellent communication (written and spoken English and Hindi), and interpersonal skills
2. Must be comfortable on calls
3. Strong knowledge of retail
4. Knowledge of western wear, and developments in western fashion (preferred)
