About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
2. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
5. Create, edit and update spreadsheets
6. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
7. Conduct data entry as required
8. Collaborating with clients and creating a remarkable after sales service
