About the job
We are seeking a professional and dynamic problem-solver in the field of Customer Support Executive resources. This position demands suitable personnel to manage and carry out the roles and responsibilities independently.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone (voice)
2. Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
3. Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions

Requirements and skills:

1. The ability to work in a high-pressure environment, a good understanding of basic computer skills, and the ability to learn how to use software quickly are also highly beneficial
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
3. Familiarity with our industry is a plus
4. Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
5. Multi-tasking abilities
6. Patience when handling tough cases

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 12,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
